A: We are a dedicated factory that specializes in crafting custom plastic injection molding parts. Our expertise extends to rubber parts and includes comprehensive post-processing services like painting, printing, and assembly.
Q: What info do you need if I want to get a quote for a custom plastic part?
A: Ideally, a 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. However, if you provide equivalent information in another format, such as a CAD drawing with weight details or by sending samples for evaluation, that would suffice.
Additionally, please include any other pertinent details, such as the quantity required and any specific requirements like painting, printing, or assembly.
Q: What materials can you handle?
A: We skillfully produce plastic parts from a diverse range of materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, and more. Our capabilities also cover rubber parts made of NBR, Silicone, etc.
Q: I have a custom plastic part to make. I have the design but am unfamiliar with injection molding. Can you advise?
A: Absolutely! Our engineering team is not only well-versed in part design but also in injection molding feasibility. Upon receiving your design, we will evaluate the injection feasibility and identify any potential design issues. For instance, if unnecessary plastic adds cost and causes surface issues, we will provide feedback before moving forward.
Q: What colors can you do with my plastic part?
A: We can produce any color found within the Pantone and RAL color systems.
Q: What's your lead time for mold and production?
A: Typically, samples are sent within 30-35 days from the mold order. Production lead time varies from 2 to 8 weeks based on the order size.
Q: What's the mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee on the mold. Generally, a mold starts aging after around 500,000 shots, but if your order reaches this threshold, we will create a new mold at no cost to you. This ensures consistent production, so you only pay for the mold once, and we maintain all subsequent production at our expense.
Q: Is the mold our property after we pay in full?
A: Yes, once fully paid, the mold becomes your property. We store it securely on-site to facilitate your production needs. The mold will not be altered or used for third-party production without your consent.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: Our terms are EXW for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments, as we are located in Ningbo. We can also arrange shipment to other ports or locations with negotiable pricing if required.
