A: Ideally, please provide a 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format. If other formats can offer equivalent details, such as a CAD drawing with weight information, or sending us samples for evaluation, that would suffice as well.
Additionally, please specify any other relevant details, including the quantity required and any special requests like painting, printing, or assembly.

Q: What are your lead times for mold creation and production?
A: Typically, we deliver samples within 30-35 days from mold order. Production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on order size.

Q: What is the mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime mold guarantee. Molds generally start to wear after 500,000 shots. If production reaches this level, we will create a new mold at our expense to ensure consistent production. Pay for the mold once, and we handle the rest.

Q: Does the customer own the mold once fully paid?
A: Yes, once the full payment is made, the mold becomes the customer's property. We maintain it in-house solely for the customer's production. It will not be altered without the customer's consent and won't be used for third-party production without permission.

Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: For air shipments, we offer EXW pricing, and for sea shipments, we use FOB Ningbo. Located in Ningbo, this is our nearest port, but we can also coordinate shipments to other ports or locations at negotiable rates.
