Company Introduction
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a dedicated factory specializing in custom plastic injection molding parts, complemented by rubber parts and comprehensive post-production treatments such as painting, printing, assembly, and more.
Q: What information is required for a custom plastic part quote?
A: Ideally, 3D drawings in IGS/STEP/X-T formats are preferred. However, other formats providing equivalent details are acceptable, such as CAD drawings with weight specifications or physical samples sent for evaluation.
Additionally, please specify quantities and any special requirements like painting, printing, or assembly to tailor our services to your needs.
Q: What materials can you work with?
A: Our expertise extends to crafting plastic parts from materials like PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, and rubber parts in NBR, Silicone, and more.
Q: I have a custom plastic part design but lack injection knowledge. Can you assist with shrinkage and injection feasibility?
A: Absolutely. Our engineering team is well-versed in both design and injection feasibility. Upon receiving your drawings, we assess injection feasibility and address any design concerns, such as cost-adding unnecessary plastic or sink marks, ensuring optimal design before proceeding.
Q: What color options are available for my plastic part?
A: We can produce any color available in the Pantone and RAL color systems, offering limitless customization possibilities.
Q: What are your lead times for mold and production?
A: Typically, sample deliveries occur 30-35 days post mold order. Production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on order volume.
Q: What is the mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime mold guarantee. Generally, molds may age after 500,000 shots; however, should quantities reach this threshold, we commit to creating a new mold at our expense, ensuring continuous, stable production. This ensures a one-time mold cost with ongoing production responsibility on our part.
Q: Does the mold become our property after full payment?
A: Yes, once fully paid, the mold becomes the customer's property. It is securely maintained to exclusively fulfill your production needs. We guarantee no alterations or third-party production without your consent.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: Delivery terms are EXW for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments, with Ningbo as our closest port. We offer coordination for other ports or locations, with pricing negotiable to meet your logistical preferences.
