Company Introduction

FAQ:
Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We proudly operate as a factory specializing in custom plastic injection molding parts. Our expertise also includes rubber parts and comprehensive after-treatment services like painting, printing, and assembly.
Q: What information is required for a custom plastic part quote?
A: A 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. However, if these formats are unavailable, CAD drawings with weight information or physical samples are acceptable. Provide any specific requirements such as painting, printing, or assembly.
Additionally, please specify the quantity needed and any special requirements, such as painting, printing, or assembly.
Q: What materials can you handle?
A: We craft plastic parts using diverse materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, and rubber parts in NBR and Silicone.
Q: I have a custom plastic part to make but I'm unfamiliar with injection. Can you advise on feasibility, especially concerning shrinkage?
A: Certainly! Our engineering team is well-versed in part design and injection feasibility. Upon receiving your drawing, we assess its feasibility for injection and highlight potential design issues. For instance, unnecessary plastic can increase costs and cause surface sink marks. We will provide feedback before we proceed.
Q: What color options are available for my plastic part?
A: We can produce any color from the Pantone and RAL color systems.
Q: What are your lead times for mold creation and production?
A: Typically, we deliver samples within 30-35 days post mold order. Production lead times range from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on order size.
Q: How long is the mold warranty?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee. Generally, molds begin aging after about 500,000 shots. If production reaches this volume, we will replace the mold at no additional cost to ensure continuous, stable production. Thus, you pay for the mold once, and we handle all ensuing production.
Q: Does the mold become our property once fully paid?
A: Yes, once fully paid, the mold is your property. We maintain it in-house solely to meet your production needs, without alterations, and will only produce for you, barring any third-party use without your consent.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW (Ex Works) terms for air shipments and FOB (Free On Board) Ningbo for sea shipments. Located near the Ningbo port, we can also arrange shipments to other locations or ports under negotiable terms.
