Upon receiving your drawings, we will conduct a thorough feasibility assessment, identifying any design challenges, such as excessive material use that may lead to surface sink marks, ensuring optimized cost-efficiency and quality before proceeding.
Q: What colors can you achieve for my plastic part?
A: We can produce any color within the Pantone and RAL color system, providing you with a seamless match to your design vision.
Q: What's your lead time for mold and production?
A: Typically, sample delivery is within 30-35 days from mold order placement. The production lead time varies from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on the order size.
Q: What's the mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee. Generally, a mold starts aging after about 500,000 shots, but if production reaches this benchmark, we will manufacture a new mold at no extra cost to ensure continuous stable production. You incur the mold cost just once, and we take full responsibility for all subsequent productions.
Q: Is the mold our property after full payment?
A: Yes, the mold is entirely your property after full payment. We maintain it in-house solely to serve your production needs. No changes occur without your express consent, and we do not replicate from this mold for third parties without your authorization.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: Our delivery terms are EXW for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. As Ningbo is our nearest port, we ensure a smooth shipping process, and can also coordinate deliveries to other locations worldwide with negotiable terms.
