Company Introduction

Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a dedicated factory specializing in custom plastic injection molding parts, along with rubber components and comprehensive after-treatment services like painting, printing, assembly, and more.
Q: What information do you need to provide a quote for custom plastic parts?
A: Ideally, a 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. However, other formats that offer equivalent information, such as CAD drawings with weight details or physical samples sent for our assessment, are also acceptable.
Additionally, please specify related details such as required quantity and any special requests, including painting, printing, assembly, etc.
Q: What materials can you handle?
A: We expertly mold plastic parts using a wide array of materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, glass fiber-reinforced Nylon, glass fiber-reinforced Polycarbonate, AS, PS, and more. We also offer rubber parts in materials like NBR and Silicone.
Q: I have a custom plastic part to produce; I have the design but lack expertise in injection molding. Can you provide guidance on potential shrinkage or production issues?
A: Absolutely! Our engineering team is not only skilled in part design but also highly aware of injection feasibility. Upon receiving your drawings, we evaluate injection viability and identify design issues. For instance, if the part includes excessive plastic, potentially increasing costs and causing surface sink marks, we'll inform you before proceeding.
Q: What color options are available for my plastic part?
A: We can produce any color available in the Pantone and RAL color systems.
Q: What are your lead times for mold and production?
A: We typically deliver samples 30-35 days after mold orders, while production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on order size.
Q: What is the mold lifespan guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee. Generally, a mold begins to age after around 500,000 shots. If your production reaches this level, we will replace the mold at our own expense to ensure consistent production. You pay for the mold once, and we assume responsibility for all subsequent production.
Q: Does the mold become our property once paid in full?
A: Yes, the mold becomes the customer's property upon full payment. We maintain it in-house solely to support your production needs. Changes to the mold require your consent, and production for third parties is prohibited without your approval.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: Our delivery terms include EXW pricing for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. Located near Ningbo, we can also arrange shipments to other destinations at negotiable rates.
