A: Typically, sample delivery takes 30-35 days post mold order. Production lead time varies from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on order size.
Q: What is your mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee on molds. Generally, molds can sustain up to 500,000 shots before aging. Should production reach this level, we replace the mold at no extra cost to ensure continuous quality. Your initial mold investment covers all future production needs.
Q: Does the mold become our property after full payment?
A: Yes, upon full payment, the mold is your property. We securely store it to facilitate your production. It remains unchanged unless you request modifications. We guarantee it won't be used for third-party production without your consent.

A: Our terms are EXW for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. As Ningbo is our closest port, we also offer coordinated shipping to other locations at negotiable rates.
