A: Ideally, a 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. However, any format that provides equivalent information is acceptable, such as a CAD drawing with detailed weight information. Alternatively, sending samples for our examination is also an option.

Upon receiving your drawings, we assess the design's viability for injection and identify potential issues. For instance, unnecessary plastic that increases cost and causes surface defects is highlighted, allowing us to provide feedback prior to moving forward.
Q: What colors can you apply to my plastic part?
A: We can replicate any color found within the Pantone and RAL color systems, ensuring your product meets your exact visual specifications.
Q: What's your lead time for mold and production?
A: Typically, sample dispatch occurs within 30-35 days from mold order confirmation. Production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on the order volume.
Q: What's the mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee on our molds. Generally, a mold endures for approximately 500,000 cycles, after which we will create a new mold at no additional cost to ensure uninterrupted and stable production. Thus, you pay the mold cost once, and we assume responsibility for all ensuing production.
Q: Is the mold our property once fully paid?
A: Yes, once fully paid, the mold becomes your property. We maintain it in-house solely for your production requirements. No alterations occur without your consent, nor do we produce from this mold for any third party unless expressly permitted by you.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW pricing for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments, with Ningbo being our closest port. We can also coordinate shipments to alternative ports or destinations upon request, with pricing open to negotiation.
