Company Introduction

FAQ:
Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a dedicated factory with expertise in custom plastic injection molding parts. Our capabilities extend to rubber parts and comprehensive post-processing services like painting, printing, and assembly.
Q: What information do you need for a quote on a custom plastic part?
A: Ideally, a 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. However, alternative formats that provide equivalent information are also acceptable, such as CAD drawings with weight details or physical samples for evaluation.
Additionally, please specify any other pertinent information, such as desired quantities and any special requirements like painting, printing, or assembly.
Q: What materials can you work with?
A: We handle a variety of plastic materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, and rubber materials like NBR and Silicone.
Q: I have a custom plastic part design but lack familiarity with injection processes. Can you advise on potential shrinkage or issues?
A: Absolutely. Our engineering team, proficient in both design and injection feasibility, will review your design upon receipt. We'll identify any injection challenges, such as excessive material that may increase costs or cause surface defects, and provide feedback before proceeding.
Q: What color options do you offer for plastic parts?
A: We can produce any color available in the Pantone and RAL color systems.
Q: What are your lead times for mold creation and production?
A: Typically, sample delivery is within 30-35 days from mold order placement. Production lead times range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on order size.
Q: What is your mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee. Generally, molds start aging after around 500,000 shots, but if your order reaches this quantity, we will produce a new mold at our expense to ensure uninterrupted production. The mold cost is a one-time fee, with ongoing production assured.
Q: Does the mold become our property after full payment?
A: Yes, the mold becomes the customer's property upon full payment. We maintain it for your production needs and will not alter it or use it for third-party production without your permission.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW pricing for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. As we are located near the port in Ningbo, we can also arrange shipping to other destinations at negotiable rates.
