A: We are a dedicated factory specializing in the fabrication of custom plastic injection molding components, alongside rubber parts and comprehensive after-treatment processes including painting, printing, and assembly.
Q: What information should I provide for a custom plastic part quotation?
A: A 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. However, if other formats can supply equivalent information, such as CAD drawings with weight details or physical samples for evaluation, they are also acceptable.
Additionally, please specify other relevant details, including the required quantity and any special requirements such as painting, printing, or assembly.
Q: What materials can you work with?
A: We handle an array of plastic materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, etc., as well as rubber materials like NBR and Silicone.
Q: I have a custom plastic design but lack injection expertise-can you offer guidance regarding potential shrinkage or compatibility issues?
A: Absolutely. Our engineering team is adept in both design and injection feasibility. Upon receiving your design, we'll assess its suitability for injection and identify any potential design issues. For instance, if there's excess plastic that could increase costs and cause surface imperfections, we'll inform you before proceeding.
Q: What color options are available for my plastic part?
A: We can produce any color within the Pantone and RAL color systems.
Q: What are your lead times for mold creation and production?
A: Typically, sample delivery takes 30-35 days following mold order placement. Production lead times range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on order volume.
Q: What is your mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee. Generally, molds begin to wear after approximately 500,000 cycles. Should your order reach this volume, we will create a new mold at no additional cost to ensure consistent production. Thus, you incur the mold cost only once, while we manage all production thereafter.
Q: Once fully paid, does the mold become our property?
A: Yes, the mold becomes your property upon full payment. We safeguard it in-house to fulfill your production requirements. It remains unchanged unless authorized by you, and we will not use it for third-party production without your consent.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW pricing for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. As our facility is situated in Ningbo, we can coordinate shipments to other ports or destinations upon request at negotiable rates.
