Company Introduction

FAQ:
Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a dedicated factory specializing in custom plastic injection molding parts, alongside rubber parts and comprehensive after-treatment services such as painting, printing, assembly, and more.
Q: What information do you need to provide a quote for a custom plastic part?
A: Ideally, a 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. However, we also accept CAD drawings with weight information or physical samples for evaluation, provided they offer equivalent details.
Please also indicate additional details such as required quantity and any special requirements like painting, printing, assembly, etc.
Q: What materials can you work with?
A: We are capable of producing plastic parts from a variety of materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, etc. For rubber parts, we handle materials such as NBR and Silicone.
Q: I have a custom plastic part design but lack injection expertise. Can you provide guidance on potential shrinkage or injection issues?
A: Absolutely, our engineering team is well-versed in both design and injection feasibility. Upon receiving your drawing, we will evaluate it for injection viability and identify possible design issues. For instance, if unnecessary plastic increases costs or causes surface sink marks, we'll inform you before moving forward.
Q: What color options are available for my plastic part?
A: We can produce any color available in the Pantone and RAL color systems.
Q: What are your lead times for mold creation and production runs?
A: Typically, we deliver samples within 30-35 days post mold order. Production lead times range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on order volume.
Q: What is your mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee. For instance, a mold generally ages after approximately 500,000 shots. If your order meets this volume, we will replace the mold at our expense to ensure consistent production. You pay for the mold once, and we handle all production needs thereafter.
Q: Does the mold become our property once fully paid?
A: Yes, once fully paid, the mold is your property. We maintain it for your production needs, adhering to your permissions for any alterations or third-party use.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW pricing for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. Given our proximity to Ningbo, we can also arrange shipments to other ports or locations, with pricing open to negotiation.
