Company Introduction
Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We proudly operate as a factory, specializing in custom plastic injection molding parts. Our expertise extends to rubber components and the after-treatment of plastic parts, including painting, printing, assembly, and more.
Q: What information do you need to provide a quote for a custom plastic part?
A: A 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format is preferred. However, any format that provides equivalent information, such as a CAD drawing with weight details or even samples, is acceptable for us to assess.
Additionally, please specify the required quantity and any special requests, like painting, printing, or assembly, to ensure a tailored approach.
Q: What materials can you handle?
A: Our capabilities include plastic parts in various materials such as PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, and rubber parts in NBR, Silicone, and more.
Q: I have a custom plastic part to make. I have the design but I'm unsure about injection feasibility. Can you advise?
A: Absolutely! Our engineering team excels in both design and injection feasibility analysis. Upon receiving your design, we assess injection feasibility and identify potential design issues. For instance, unnecessary plastic may inflate costs and cause defects like sink marks. We'll provide feedback before production.
Q: What colors can you produce for my plastic part?
A: We offer a vast palette, matching any color within the Pantone and RAL color systems, to ensure your parts meet the desired aesthetic.
Q: What's your lead time for mold and production?
A: Typically, we dispatch samples within 30-35 days from mold order confirmation. The production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on the order size.
Q: What's the mold life guarantee?
A: Our molds come with a lifetime guarantee. Usually, molds begin aging after approximately 500,000 shots. If production reaches this threshold, we'll create a new mold at our expense to ensure consistent quality. Thus, your mold cost covers all future production needs.
Q: Is the mold our property after full payment?
A: Yes, once fully paid, the mold belongs to you. We retain it safely for your production, without altering it. We only use it for your orders unless you consent otherwise, ensuring exclusive rights to your design.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW pricing for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. Situated near Ningbo port, we can also arrange shipping to other ports or locations at negotiable rates, tailored to your requirements.
