A: We offer a lifetime guarantee. A mold generally starts aging after 500,000 shots, but if production reaches this point, we will construct a new mold at our cost to ensure ongoing stable production, so you only pay the mold cost once, and we handle all subsequent production for that model.

A: Yes, once fully paid, the mold belongs to the customer. We store it securely to meet your production needs and will not change or use it for any third party without your permission.
