Company Introduction

FAQ:
Q: Are you a factory or trading company ?
A: We are a dedicated factory specializing in the intricate art of custom plastic injection molding parts, complemented by our expertise in rubber parts and comprehensive after-treatment services including painting, printing, and assembly.
Q: What info do you need if I want to get a quote for a custom plastic part ?
A: We prefer 3D drawings in IGS/STEP/X-T formats. However, if equivalent information can be provided in other formats, such as CAD drawings with weight details or physical samples sent to us, that will be acceptable. Additionally, please specify the required quantity and any special requirements like painting, printing, or assembly.
Also, kindly specify other pertinent details such as your required quantity and any special specifications, including painting, printing, assembly, etc.
Q: What material can you handle ?
A: We have the capability to craft plastic parts from a diverse range of materials such as PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, etc., and rubber parts in NBR, Silicone, etc.
Q: I have a custom plastic part to make. I have the design but am unfamiliar with injection. Can you advise on potential shrinkage or other issues?
A: Absolutely! Our expert engineering team is well-versed in both design intricacies and injection feasibility. Upon receiving your drawing, we will assess the injection compatibility and identify any design issues. For example, if a design includes unnecessary plastic that might inflate costs or cause surface sink marks, we will promptly provide feedback before advancing further.
Q: What colors can you do with my plastic part?
A: We can create any color found within the Pantone and RAL color systems to perfectly match your design vision.
Q: What's your lead time for mold and for production?
A: Typically, we can dispatch samples within 30-35 days from mold order. Production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on order size.
Q: What's the mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee on molds. Generally, a mold may start showing signs of wear after approximately 500,000 shots. However, if your order reaches this milestone, we will create a new mold at our expense to ensure unwavering production continuity. Thus, you only incur the mold cost once, as we manage all production from this model.
Q: Is the mold our property after we pay for it in full?
A: Yes, once the payment is completed, the mold becomes the customer's property. We securely store it in-house to cater to your production needs. The mold will not undergo alterations without your explicit permission, nor will it be used to produce for third parties without your consent.
Q: What's your delivery terms?
A: Our terms are EXW price for air shipment and FOB Ningbo for sea shipment. Being located in Ningbo, our nearest port is Ningbo. We can also arrange shipments to other ports or locations upon request, with negotiable pricing.
