A: We prefer 3D drawings in IGS/STEP/X-T format. However, any format providing equivalent information is acceptable, such as CAD drawings with weight details, or physical samples for inspection.
Additionally, please specify quantities and any special requirements like painting, printing, or assembly.

We'll provide feedback before advancing.

Q: What is your lead time for mold development and production?
A: Typically, sample dispatch occurs 30-35 days post-mold order. Production lead times range from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on order size.

Q: What is the mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee. Generally, molds age after approximately 500,000 shots. If production reaches this volume, we will replace the mold at our cost, ensuring continuous, stable production. You pay the mold cost once, and we ensure all subsequent production from this mold.

Q: Does the mold become our property once paid in full?
A: Yes, the mold becomes your property after full payment. We will meticulously maintain it in-house to support your production needs. No changes are made without your consent, nor will we use it for third parties unless authorized by you.

Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: For air shipment, we offer EXW pricing, and for sea shipment, FOB Ningbo. As our facility is in Ningbo, this is our nearest port. We can arrange shipments to other destinations upon request with negotiable terms.
