A: We prefer 3D drawings in IGS/STEP/X-T formats. However, we accept any format that provides equivalent information, such as CAD drawings with weight details, or physical samples for review.

Q: What materials can you work with?
A: We are proficient in creating plastic parts using a diverse range of materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, and PS. Additionally, we handle rubber parts in NBR, Silicone, etc.

Upon receiving your drawing, we will evaluate its injection suitability and identify any design challenges. For instance, if the design includes unnecessary plastic that could increase costs and cause surface defects, we will advise you before moving forward.
Q: What color options are available for my plastic part?
A: We offer an extensive range of colors from both the Pantone and RAL color systems.
Q: What is your lead time for mold creation and production?
A: Typically, sample molds are delivered within 30-35 days from order placement. Production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on the order volume.
Q: What is the guarantee period for the mold life?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee on molds. Generally, a mold may show signs of aging after approximately 500,000 shots. Should production reach this level, we will manufacture a new mold at our expense to ensure continuous, stable production. You incur the mold cost once, while we oversee all subsequent production requirements from this mold.
Q: Does the mold become our property after full payment?
A: Yes, once the mold is fully paid for, it becomes the customer's property. We ensure its safekeeping in-house, exclusively for the customer's production needs. Modifications or third-party productions will only occur with the customer's approval.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: Our terms are EXW for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. As we are based in Ningbo, our closest port is Ningbo. However, we are flexible and can arrange shipping to other ports or locations at a negotiable rate.
