Q: What info do you need if I want to get a quote for a custom plastic part?
A: We prefer a 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format. However, alternative formats that provide equivalent information are acceptable, such as CAD drawings with weight details, or samples sent to us for evaluation.

Q: What material can you handle?
A: We expertly craft plastic parts using a variety of materials including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, and rubber parts in NBR, Silicone, etc.

A: YES, our engineering team is proficient in part design and injection feasibility. Upon receiving your drawing, we will assess the injection feasibility and identify any potential design issues. For instance, if the part includes unnecessary plastic, which could increase costs and cause surface defects, we will inform you before proceeding.
Q: What colors can you do with my plastic part?
A: We can create any color available in the Pantone and RAL color systems.
Q: What's your lead time for mold and for production?
A: Typically, we deliver samples within 30-35 days from mold order. Production lead time varies from 2 to 8 weeks, based on order size.
Q: What's the mold life guarantee?
A: We offer a lifetime guarantee on our molds. Generally, a mold begins to age after 500,000 shots. If your order reaches this volume, we will manufacture a new mold at our expense to maintain consistent production. Thus, you pay for the mold once, and we ensure reliable production.
Q: Is the mold our property after we pay it in full?
A: Absolutely, the mold becomes your property once fully paid. We ensure its safekeeping and solely use it for your production needs. Any modifications or third-party production only occur with your explicit consent.
Q: What's your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW pricing for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. Conveniently located near Ningbo port, we can also arrange shipments to other destinations at negotiable prices.
