Company Introduction

FAQ:
Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a dedicated factory that specializes in custom plastic injection molding parts, complemented by our rubber parts expertise and comprehensive after-treatment services including painting, printing, and assembly.
Q: What information is needed to get a quote for a custom plastic part?
A: We prefer a 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format. However, we can also work with CAD drawings with weight information or physical samples. As long as the information provided is equivalent, it is acceptable.
Additionally, please provide details such as quantity requirements and any specific needs like painting, printing, or assembly.
Q: What materials are you capable of handling?
A: We expertly produce plastic parts in materials such as PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, and rubber parts in NBR, Silicone, and more.
Q: I have a design for a custom plastic part, but I'm not familiar with injection molding. Can you advise on potential shrinkage or issues?
A: Absolutely! Our experienced engineering team excels in part design and injection feasibility. Upon receiving your drawing, we conduct a thorough feasibility check, identifying potential design issues such as unnecessary plastic that could increase costs and cause surface imperfections. We provide feedback before moving forward.
Q: What color options are available for my plastic part?
A: We offer an extensive palette, creating any color available within the Pantone and RAL color systems.
Q: What are your lead times for mold creation and production?
A: Typically, sample delivery occurs within 30-35 days from mold order. Production lead times range from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent upon the order size.
Q: What is the mold life guarantee?
A: We provide a lifetime guarantee. For example, while molds generally age after approximately 500,000 shots, we commit to creating a new mold at our expense once this quantity is reached, ensuring uninterrupted, stable production. Pay for the mold once, and enjoy consistent production with our responsibility.
Q: Does the mold become our property after full payment?
A: Yes, once paid in full, the mold is your property. We diligently maintain it to support your production needs and will only make changes or utilize it for third parties with your explicit permission.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: Our terms are EXW for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. With Ningbo as our closest port, we can also coordinate shipments to other ports or locations as necessary, with negotiable pricing.
