A: We offer a lifetime guarantee. Generally, a mold ages after about 500,000 shots. Should you reach this quantity, we'll create a new mold at our cost, ensuring stable, continuous production. Thus, mold cost is a one-time investment, and we assure responsibility for ongoing production.
Q: Is the mold our property once fully paid?
A: Indeed, the mold becomes your property upon full payment. We securely maintain it for your production needs, making no modifications without your consent. We guarantee not to use the mold for third-party production without your authorization.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW pricing for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. With Ningbo as our closest port, we also facilitate shipping to alternate ports or locations at negotiable rates upon request.
