Q: What's the mold life guarantee?
A: We provide a lifetime mold guarantee. Generally, a mold may show signs of wear after approximately 500,000 shots. If production reaches this threshold, we will craft a new mold at our expense, ensuring uninterrupted quality production. This means you incur the mold cost just once, and we pledge to uphold production integrity.
Q: Is the mold our property after we pay it in full?
A: Yes, once the mold is fully paid, it is owned by the customer. We safeguard it in-house to fulfill production demands as required, with any changes to the mold made only with the customer's consent. We also ensure no third-party production occurs without approval.
