Company Introduction: Discover YUYAO SHINER PLASTICS MANUFACTORY CO., LTD.
Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We proudly operate as a dedicated factory, specializing in the intricate art of custom plastic injection molding parts. Our expertise extends to rubber components, and we provide comprehensive after-treatment services for plastic parts, including painting, printing, and assembly.
Q: What info do you need if I want to get a quote for a custom plastic part?
A: We recommend providing a 3D drawing in IGS/STEP/X-T format for the most accurate quote. However, if other formats offer equivalent information, they are also acceptable. This includes CAD drawings that include weight details or samples sent directly to us for evaluation.
Additionally, please provide relevant details such as the desired quantity and any special requirements, including painting, printing, or assembly needs.
Q: What material can you handle?
A: We expertly manufacture plastic parts in a diverse array of materials, including PC, PP, ABS, Nylon, PA6, PA66, TPE, PVC, PBT, Nylon with Glass Fiber, Polycarbonate with Glass Fiber, AS, PS, and more. For rubber parts, we work with NBR, Silicone, and other specialized materials.
Q: I have a custom plastic part to make. I have the design but I'm not familiar with injection molding. Can you advise if my part may shrink or have other issues?
A: Absolutely! Our experienced engineering team specializes not only in part design but also in assessing injection feasibility. Upon receiving your drawing, we will evaluate its suitability for injection molding and identify potential design issues. Should your part include unnecessary plastic, which may increase costs or cause surface imperfections, we will provide feedback before proceeding.
Q: What colors can you do with my plastic part?
A: We offer an extensive color range, utilizing both the Pantone and RAL color systems to achieve your desired hue.
Q: What's your lead time for mold and production?
A: Typically, we can deliver samples within 30-35 days from the mold order date. Production lead times vary from 2 to 8 weeks, contingent on order size and complexity.
Q: What's the mold life guarantee?
A: We extend a lifetime guarantee for all our molds. Generally, a mold begins to show signs of aging after approximately 500,000 shots. If production reaches this threshold, we will manufacture a new mold at our own cost to ensure continuous, stable production. This means you pay for the mold once, and we ensure its longevity and performance.
Q: Is the mold our property after we pay for it in full?
A: Yes, once fully paid, the mold becomes your property. We store it securely on our premises to facilitate your production needs. The mold remains unchanged unless alterations are requested by you, and we will not use it for third-party production without your explicit consent.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: Our terms are EXW for air shipments and FOB Ningbo for sea shipments. As we are strategically located near Ningbo port, we can also coordinate shipments to other ports or locations at negotiable rates, ensuring flexible delivery solutions.
